Heritage Lodging Group Policies

  • Check in time – 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Early Check in available please call to make an appointment, a phone call to the innkeeper is always appropriate and appreciated
  • Check out time – 11:00 a.m.
  • Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of your reservation
  • Cancellations received less than three days advance of a normal reservation or less than 30 days in advance of September or October or Special events will be charged a 20 percent fee. All other cancellations will be charged a 15 percent fee
  • Any refunds or cancellations must be approved by the Heritage Lodging Group
  • No Pets
  • No Children (unless previous arrangement approved)
  • No smoking. Smoking inside a property will result in a $250 clean-up fee charged to credit placed on file at time of reservation.
  • September and October: 2 Nights Minimum Required
  • Special Event Weekends:  2 Nights Minimum Required
