Heritage Lodging Group Policies
- Check in time – 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Early Check in available please call to make an appointment, a phone call to the innkeeper is always appropriate and appreciated - Check out time – 11:00 a.m.
- Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of your reservation
- Cancellations received less than three days advance of a normal reservation or less than 30 days in advance of September or October or Special events will be charged a 20 percent fee. All other cancellations will be charged a 15 percent fee
- Any refunds or cancellations must be approved by the Heritage Lodging Group
- No Pets
- No Children (unless previous arrangement approved)
- No smoking. Smoking inside a property will result in a $250 clean-up fee charged to credit placed on file at time of reservation.
- September and October: 2 Nights Minimum Required
- Special Event Weekends: 2 Nights Minimum Required
